Social Worker - Dialysis Center

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Position covers 3 dialysis center locations - must float to Williston, Turtle Lake, and Garrison with notice
* Travel or tele visit options available for sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake
* No self-scheduling or block scheduling available
* Primarily work with renal failure patients in a dialysis center setting
* Approximately 95 patients treated per month with daily volume varying by location
* No clinical involvement required
* Covers KDU Dialysis Center across 3 locations
* Departmental Manager and Director on site
* 1 week of orientation with a preceptor available throughout the assignment
* Charting completed in EPIC
* Business casual professional dress code required for meetings
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Previous travel experience not required
* Required certifications and licenses: MSW or LCSW, ND Licensure, BLS Certification
