Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Circulator role with scrub experience preferred
* Minimum of 18 months permanent OR experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - no pending certifications accepted
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required - two attempts maximum allowed
