Opportunity:

Home Health OT

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* No weekend requirement
* No on-call requirement
* May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points as standard
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Locals accepted within a 50-75 mile radius
* No floating between units required
* Block scheduling not available (4x10s and 3x12s cannot be accommodated)
* Traveler is expected to provide their own transportation
* Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Oasis experience required
* Attire: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required with no specific color requirement
* Charting: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app) / Oasis
* Parking is free; mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
* Required certifications: BLS, NBCOT
* Oregon license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
