Open Position: CNA - CNA LTC

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1332.40

Opportunity:

LTC Certified Med Aid/CNA

Job Details:

* 12-hour evening shifts required
* Every other weekend and holiday schedule
* Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
* No on-call responsibilities
* 8-hour shift options available with flexibility to work with scheduler and pick up extra shifts if available
* Work in an assisted living and memory care setting with a 1:10 or 1:06 patient ratio
* Provide ADL care, showers, and meal assistance as a universal worker
* Care for patients commonly diagnosed with dementia and elderly/frail conditions
* Floating as needed within the facility
* Clock in and out at the facility is required
* Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
* EMR system: ECS
* CBRF medication certification required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC)
* Previous elderly care experience required
* Solid travel experience with extensions at previous locations required

This facility is an assisted living and memory care community with 20 beds/residents, providing specialized care for elderly individuals including those with dementia. The facility operates with a dedicated house manager and emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care for its residents. Staff members serve as universal workers, supporting a wide range of daily living needs to enhance the quality of life for those in their care.
