Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required with some exposure to post-partum care
* Strong labor and delivery experience required including cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin administration
* Must be able to circulate C-sections
* Baby catching/receiving is required
* APGAR assessment skills required
* Breastfeeding knowledge required
* Must be comfortable with all aspects of post-partum care from transition to discharge for both mom and baby
* Scrub experience is a bonus; scrub-trained RNs are occasionally utilized for sick call coverage
* No on-call responsibilities
* Teal scrubs are provided
* EMR: Epic strongly preferred
* Multilingual skills preferred, particularly Russian and/or Spanish
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring
* First-time travelers will be considered

Facility:

This healthcare facility features a 20-bed unit including 12 labor and delivery beds, 8 post-partum and antepartum beds, 3 OB/ED rooms, 2 operating rooms, and a 6-bed Level II NICU. The facility is equipped with an on-call nurse practitioner and maintains a well-rounded team including scrub technicians to support comprehensive obstetric care.
