Job Details:

* Provide expert, compassionate, and individualized nursing care for patients and their families
* Oversee daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety, and satisfaction
* Triage incoming patient requests for services
* Deliver patient education to facilitate plan of care and promote optimal wellness
* Delegate care appropriately and according to Colorado statute
* Utilize competent healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
* Handle high telephone volume of patient requests for medications, information, and assistance
* Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines
* Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and external organizations to achieve the highest level of patient care and satisfaction
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Utilize Relationship-Based Care to advocate for patient safety, preferences, and optimal communication
* Must be HIPAA compliant
* Active Colorado nursing license or valid compact state license required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
