Job Details:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* LTAC experience preferred
* Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
* Work in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting with 56 beds
* Treat patients with diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and amputations
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Required certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP, FEES, MBSImP, AK SLP license
* Required skills include: Acute Care, Conducting Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallow (FEES), Conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Interpreting FEES, Interpreting Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Trach/Vent, Tracheostomy, Ventilator Dependent/Assisted, Dysphagia, Dysarthria, CVA, TBI, Degenerative Diseases, and additional SLP competencies
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
