Job Details:

* Block schedule with 8-hour shifts, coordinated with scheduler
* 12-hour day shifts available
* Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
* Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
* No on-call responsibilities
* Floating as needed within the facility
* Patient ratio of 1:8
* 3-4 nurses on AM/PM shifts, 2 nurses on NOC shift
* Opportunity to pick up extra shifts when available
* Provide ADL care, showers, and meal assistance to residents
* Work with patients with common diagnoses including dementia, frailty, elderly care, and rehabilitation
* Prior experience working with elderly patients required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* EMR system: ECS
* Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
* All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
