Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with holiday rotation
* Floating within scope required to meet facility needs
* May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus
* Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Experience in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap required
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM)
* BLS not required
* Travel experience required
* Skills required include: aseptic technique, high-level disinfection, scope/probe reprocessing, sets/tray assembly, sterilization wrapping procedures, use of washers/sterilizers, and laparoscopic, orthopedic, neuro/cranial, and robotic procedures
* Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Parking available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
