Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts
* Weekend coverage required
* Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Minimum 2 years of Level 3 and Level 4 NICU experience required
* PICU experience required
* Pediatric experience preferred
* BSN required
* California RN license required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, NRP
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Must be willing and able to float to PICU and Pediatric Acute Care units and other facilities as needed
* Open Bay Unit
* Care for patient age groups including neonates, infants, and pediatrics
* Required skills include: administration of blood and blood products, arterial line management, bubble CPAP, central line care, developmental care, feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), high frequency ventilation, IV vasopressors, management of chest tubes, neonatal dosage calculations, neonatal abstinence syndrome, phototherapy, phlebotomy, respiratory distress syndrome, seizure disorders, sepsis work up, thermoregulation, therapeutic hypothermia, tracheostomy care, UAC/UVC management, ventilator management, and more
