Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed is an option
* Work in a 38-bed emergency department with three main areas: Rapid, Main, and POD 3 (psych safe area)
* Day and night shifts available with 7 RNs per day/night shift and 5 mid-shift RNs
* Day shift: 7 days, Night shift: 7 nights
* 4 weekend shifts and 2 Fridays minimum requirement per 4-week schedule
* 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays required
* Must float to Brookside ED as needed
* Work with equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, EKG, arterial lines, Belmont, and chest tubes
* EMR system: Meditech
* Perform procedures including port placement and chest tube management
* Must have strong prioritization, time management, and de-escalation skills
* CPI certification preferred
* Ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, a team player, and coachable
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs

The unit is equipped with advanced medical technology and supports complex procedures, making it a dynamic and fast-paced setting for experienced emergency nursing professionals.
