Opportunity:

Mammography Technologist

Job Details:

* 4x10 block scheduling available for the right candidate but must work Saturdays
* See up to 20 patients per day
* Work in a 2-room mammography unit
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support from radiology team
* At least 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted with relevant experience
* California state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Required certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS
* Required skills: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Hologic 3D, Outpatient, Radiation Safety, Screening Mammograms, Universal Precautions/Core Measures
* Preferred skills include: Fine Needle Aspiration, Hologic Affirm BX, Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsy
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* RTO limited to no more than 7 days; all RTO requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
