Behavioral Health RN

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Geriatric Psychiatry unit
* Minimum 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care setting (non-psychiatric facility) required
* Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in a short-term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric) required
* Responsibilities include milieu management, medication management, patient assessments, and documentation
* Required certification: BLS through AHA or American Red Cross (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission
* References must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months co-worker references will not be accepted
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation a passing score is required with a maximum of 2 attempts
