Opportunity:

RN - CVOR

Job Details:

* 10-hour day shifts required
* Every other weekend requirement including call and work rotation
* Call required with a 30-minute response time
* CVOR call will be split and rotated separately among CVOR RNs
* First to float within the OR to other specialties
* Will work in Main OR when CVOR cases are not scheduled - general OR experience required
* 1 CVOR suite with approximately 2 cases per week
* Common cases include straight forward CABG, AVR, MVR, and Thoracotomy
* 2 circulators per case ratio
* EMR systems: Cerner and Surginet
* Scrubbing not required but preferred
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Orientation period of approximately one week or until comfortable
* Holiday shifts required
* Up to 4 shifts may be cancelled per 13-week assignment
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

The facility utilizes Cerner and Surginet for electronic medical record management and maintains 24-hour surgical support services.
