Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2889.60

Opportunity:

Outpatient PEDs PT

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday with shift hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
* Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
* Pediatrics experience required - provider will be working independently
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* No on-call required
* No floating required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours)
* Schedule is Monday through Friday; block schedule accommodated within M-F framework
* All RTO must be submitted at time of submission; approval based on facility needs
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Charting system: Epic
* Free parking available
* Required certifications: BLS and California PT License
* Pending state license not accepted
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

Facility:

This is an acute care hospital with 212 total staffed beds, offering outpatient pediatric physical therapy services. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides a collaborative care environment. Registered nurses wear navy blue scrubs, with L&D and OR scrubs provided by the facility.
