Job Details:

* Work in a 37-bed Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department
* Patient ratio of 1:4 in zone
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 mid-shift RNs, and 2 mid-shift techs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 mid-shift RNs, and 2 mid-shift techs
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period with no on-call responsibilities
* Float to ED patients admitted to hospital holding in ED
* Use GE Monitors and MediTech EMR system
* Meditech experience required
* High caliber patient experience skills required
* High energy, self-motivated, and amicable personality required
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrub top and bottom
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Facility:

This facility operates a busy Emergency Department located on the first floor of the main building, staffed by 73 full-time employees. The emergency department is a Level 2 Trauma center with 37 beds, providing comprehensive emergency care services. The unit is equipped with GE Monitors and utilizes the MediTech electronic medical records system to support its clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
