Opportunity:

Critical Care Float Pool

Job Details:

* Float between CVICU, NICU, and PICU units
* Float between multiple locations: Main Campus (Phoenix), Arrowhead (Glendale), Avondale, and East Valley (Gilbert)
* Day and night shifts available: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (shift decided during interview)
* Only requested time off discussed during interview will be pre-approved
* Work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care
* Provide care appropriate to patient age and condition in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in pediatric critical care required
* Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred
* Children's hospital experience preferred
* Education requirement: ADN, BSN, or Diploma Nursing degree
* Current State of Arizona RN license or compact state license with multistate privileges required
* Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association required
* Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association required
* Current Advanced NRP certification required

The facility is dedicated exclusively to the care of children and provides specialized critical care services across multiple units including CVICU, NICU, and PICU.
