RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 shifts of 10 hours each, scheduled from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* On-call requirements included: every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing
* If not on weekend call, approximately 2 additional on-call days per week; if on weekend call, 1 additional on-call day that week
* Must work at least every other holiday
* Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Cath Lab experience required
* Must have experience in circulating and documenting
* Must hold an active, permanent Ohio license or compact state license
* Required certifications (must be active and in hand): AHA BLS and ACLS
* Epic electronic health record experience required
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months is required
