Job Details:

* Work in a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit on the 3rd floor
* Day shift schedule with a team of 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, and 1 Unit Coordinator
* Patients expected to receive 5 to 6 hours of treatment per day
* Perform ADLs, evaluations, and standard inpatient rehabilitation treatments
* Work with equipment including H200/L300, BURT
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week period required
* May float to other inpatient rehabilitation locations
* Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab required
* Ability to flex and work as part of a team required
* Previous experience in inpatient rehab preferred
* MBSS experience preferred for SLP therapists
* Outgoing, flexible, and knowledgeable personality preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Dress code: Black pants with olive scrub top

Facility:

This inpatient rehabilitation facility provides comprehensive rehabilitative care with a dedicated team of approximately 29 therapists and 50 nursing staff including RNs, LVNs, and PCTs. The unit emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology to support patient recovery. The facility maintains high standards for patient care with a focus on intensive therapy and individualized treatment plans.
