Job Details:

* Day shift position with 4 10-hour shifts per week
* Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* EP (Electrophysiology) experience a plus
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - must be in hand at time of submission
* Charting system experience required; Epic utilized
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 25-30 cases per day across 8 rooms
* May be expected to float to like units within scope based on facility needs
* Required skills include but are not limited to: diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures, cardiac ablation, TAVR, IABP placement/removal, pacemaker insertion, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation and management, and vascular closure systems

Facility:

This facility operates a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab with 8 procedure rooms and a daily census of 25-30 cases. The department supports a broad range of advanced cardiac and vascular procedures including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular interventions. The unit provides comprehensive interdisciplinary care for patients ranging from adolescents to geriatric populations.
