Opportunity:

Mammography Tech

Job Details:

* Schedule options available: 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts with Fridays off
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* No floating between units
* Perform general imaging including screening mammography (tomosynthesis and 2D), diagnostic mammograms, and additional views
* Contrast enhanced mammography available on site; traveler will not be required to perform contrast enhanced mammography (CEM), biopsy, or localizations
* Work with Hologic 3D units across 5 rooms with on-site radiologists
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Epic charting system experience required
* Hologic equipment experience preferred
* Skills required: 3D Mammography, Digital Mammography, Screening Mammograms, Diagnostic Mammograms, PACS
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS, Oregon license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Scrub color: Any color
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

This short-term acute care teaching hospital operates with 536 total staffed beds and provides a comprehensive range of medical services to its community. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers a modern mammography department equipped with Hologic units across 5 rooms, supported by on-site radiologists. Parking is provided at no cost to staff.
