Job Details:

* 12-hour shifts with high volume expectations of 30-40+ scans per shift
* Self-scheduling based on seniority
* May be asked to volunteer for shifts outside of contracted start times please indicate availability for both day and night shifts at time of submission
* Must be open to working 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Weekends required and may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
* No on-call required
* No floating between units
* 1:1 patient ratios
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* May be asked to assist with patient transport based on staffing needs
* Operates GE Lightspeed and Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT scanners
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Free parking available
* Facility can call off once per two-week pay period (guaranteed hours policy)
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, CT
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* RTO must be submitted at the time of submission post-offer RTO may not be considered

Facility:

This is an acute care hospital with 212 staffed beds operating as a high-volume, fast-paced medical center. The imaging department serves primarily emergency department patients along with some outpatient cases, functioning as a high-volume primary stroke receiving center. The department is equipped with two 64-slice CT scanners and offers transport support, though technologists are encouraged to assist with transport when needed.
