Opportunity:

Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography)

Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour shifts per week with staggered start times between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM for days and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM for nights
* Saturday through Monday night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Schedule is created by supervisors and is made out up to 8 weeks in advance
* May be asked to cover weekends with no specific weekend requirement
* May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
* No on-call or standby requirements
* Perform CT imaging including neuro, body, MSK, angio, interventional, and cardiac studies
* Average of 100 scans/studies per day across 2 Siemens scanners
* Operate Siemens Force and Siemens Definition AS CT scanners
* Use EPIC EMR and Change Healthcare PACS systems
* Must have IV experience as starting IVs is required
* 1-2 weeks of orientation with a preceptor provided upon start
* Designated lead tech on each shift with CT supervisor available
* Radiologist in-house during daytime hours
* Prefer 2 years of experience; first-time travelers accepted
* Any color scrubs permitted; scrubs available if desired
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)

Facility:

This acute care facility features a dedicated Radiology and CT department equipped with two Siemens scanners and a comprehensive imaging program. The department performs a wide range of CT studies including neurological, body, musculoskeletal, angiographic, interventional, and cardiac imaging. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system and Change Healthcare for PACS, supported by experienced supervisory staff including a dedicated CT supervisor and designated lead technologists on each shift.
