Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

* Work 5x8 night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
* Holiday rotation required
* Weekend rotation may be required
* May be required to float or be permanently switched to ART, Main, or West Campus to meet facility needs
* Floating to sister facilities required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Experience in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap required
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM)
* BLS not required
* Required skills include: High-Level Disinfection (HLD), Steam Sterilization, Immediate-Use Steam Sterilization (IUSS), Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sets/Trays Assembly, Biological and Chemical Indicators, Robotics, Laparoscopic, Orthopedics, Neurology, Urology, Transplant, OB/GYN, and use of Washers/Sterilizers
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
