Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1813.60

Opportunity:

Histology Tech

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
* Minimum of 2 years of experience within histology specialty required
* ASCP (HT/HLT) certification required
* Successful completion of a formal histology technologist training program or an Associate's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences required
* Receive and accession specimens into Cerner
* Collect blocks from PA staff
* Process tissue, embed, cut, and stain slides
* Work within Pathology Laboratory department alongside Cytology and IHC departments
* Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
* Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
