Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2834.00

Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist (IP/OP) - 8hr days (12 weeks)

Job Details:

* 12-week contract position
* 8-hour day shifts, either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Billing runs Monday through Sunday
* Possible weekend rotation, though unlikely - must be flexible
* No holiday requirements
* No on-call or callback responsibilities
* No float requirements
* Work in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting - 50%+ swing bed, inpatient, and outpatient observation in the hospital and 50% outpatient with an elderly and chronic pain population
* Treat patients with total joints, low back and neck pain, chronic pain, and surgical and pain conditions
* Patient ratio of 6 to 10 patients per day
* Ideal candidate will have experience in both hospital and outpatient settings with a strong interest in the inpatient and swing bed population
* Epic charting experience preferred
* Casual dress code - no specific scrub color required
* Required certifications: Wisconsin OT License and AHA BLS
* Graduate from an accredited OT program required
* 2 to 5 or more years of experience preferred
