Job Details:

* Start times will vary between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM as needed
* No on-call requirements
* Rotating weekend schedule - weekends will likely exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
* Every Sunday night weekend shift required per contract
* Must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Block scheduling type with patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Facility may call off once per two-week pay period (guaranteed hours)
* May be required to float to sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Free parking available
* Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I, community hospital, and LTAC experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, CRT, Fluoroscopy Permit, and California state license
* Required skills include: CT of abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, vascular CTA, carotid, musculoskeletal trauma, brain perfusion, enterography, multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, region of interest measurement, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, radiation safety, isolation precautions/PPE, and X-ray
* Siemens equipment experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
* All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at time of candidacy submission
