Opportunity:

Radiology & CT, MRI Tech, Nuc Med Tech, US Tech

Job Details:

* Shifts run Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday with a 10:30 AM start time
* Radiology and CT technologists work 10 or 12-hour shifts
* MRI technologists work 10-hour shifts
* Nuclear Medicine technologists work 8-hour shifts
* Ultrasound technologists work 8 or 10-hour shifts
* Weekend requirement varies based on facility need; all weekend availability may be required
* Holiday coverage worked as needed
* Perform all X-ray and CT imaging studies
* Perform all MRI studies
* Perform all Nuclear Medicine scans
* Perform all ultrasound studies excluding echo, leg studies, and routine perinatal (high-risk OB only)
* Charting and imaging performed using Cerner, DR PACS, and Philips equipment
* California CRT license and R-credential required for Radiology technologists
* Certified CT preferred for Radiology technologists
* Fluoro license required
* BLS certification required
* CNMT certification required for Nuclear Medicine technologists
* BSN not required
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks

This acute care facility operates at a Level 3 trauma designation and provides comprehensive imaging services across multiple modalities including radiology, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound. The facility is supported by on-site hospitalist and intensivist coverage, respiratory therapy available 24/7, and 24/7 pharmacy services. The radiology department operates under direct supervisor oversight and utilizes modern imaging technology to support a wide range of diagnostic needs.
