RN - OR (Circulating)

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
* 13-week contract
* No weekends required
* Call required - details to be discussed during interview
* No floating required
* 1:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
* 9 operating rooms with 180 beds in facility
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Circulating experience required
* Experience with Meditech EMR required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS
* Additional certifications preferred: ACLS, CNOR, PALS
* Community hospital experience preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Valid Kentucky or compact nursing license required
* Skills include but are not limited to: circulating for general OR, robotic surgery (Da Vinci Xi), total joint replacement, orthopedic procedures, laparoscopic and gynecologic procedures, C-sections, cardiovascular procedures, pediatric general OR, and wound management
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy

The facility supports a broad spectrum of surgical specialties including orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, cardiovascular, and robotic surgery using advanced technology. Comprehensive interdisciplinary support services are available to assist the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
