TRAVEL - RN - ICU (650)

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Adult ICU/CCU unit located on the 1st floor of the main building
* 30-bed unit with a total staff of 57
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse with RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3
* Patient ratios are typically 1 RN to 2 patients, though overflow can increase ratios
* Nurse externs are on staff to assist nursing team
* Work with Lenet beds and GE monitors
* EMR system: Meditech
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH stroke scale
* Neuro certification preferred
* Neuro and trauma experience preferred
* Perform procedures including rapid intubation, chest tubes, and EVD management
* Treat LVAD and CRRT patients
* Must be flexible and willing to change assignments mid-shift to accommodate patient acuity

This healthcare facility is a modern, well-equipped hospital featuring a 30-bed adult ICU/CCU unit staffed by an experienced team of 57 professionals. The unit is equipped with advanced technology including Lenet beds and GE monitors, and utilizes the Meditech EMR system. The facility provides comprehensive critical care services including management of complex patients requiring LVAD and CRRT therapy, as well as neuro and trauma care.
