CT Technologist

Job Details:

* Block schedule Tuesday through Friday, 4x10 shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Unit accepts first-time travelers
* Daily census of approximately 168 cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Perform high volume of general CT, CTA, CT Perfusion, and CT Cardiac procedures
* Must be proficient with perfusion scanning for stroke and trauma patients
* Must be willing to transport patients
* Work with CT scanners including Siemens Somatom AS and Canon Aquilon One
* Experience with Epic charting system preferred
* Community hospital experience required
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, CMRT, Texas State License
* 50-mile radius rule applies, no local candidates

Facility:

This facility operates a high-volume imaging department equipped with four CT scanners, including three Siemens and one Philips unit. The department handles a broad range of CT procedures including general CT, CTA, CT Perfusion, and CT Cardiac studies, serving a diverse patient population across multiple age groups in a fast-paced clinical environment.
