Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 x 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Schedule runs Monday through Thursday
* On-call required every third weekend
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Provide professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum within the Surgical Services Department
* Supervise and coordinate care planning with other disciplines
* Frequently use equipment including cell phone, computer, telephone/voicemail system, laser printer, monitors, glucometer, IV, PCA and epidural pumps, and blanket warmers
* Occasionally use photocopier and fax machine
* Category 1 potential exposure to blood and body fluids
* Must adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS
* Current California RN license required
* Credentials in area of practice preferred such as CNOR, PANAC, or AAOPU for Outpatient
