Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* On-call requirements include 2 twelve-hour call shifts per month and 3-4 call shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM per month
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* Work in a 408-bed hospital with 14 operating rooms including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs
* Day shift team consists of 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, and 2 Clinical Charge RNs
* Minimum of 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
* Meditech EMR experience preferred
* Perform procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine surgeries
* No transplant procedures performed
* Utilize standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems
* Strong patient experience focus and good communication with staff and providers required
* Must be adaptable to change

Facility:

This facility is a 408-bed hospital featuring a comprehensive surgical department with 14 operating rooms, including a Hybrid Cardiovascular OR, a Cystoscopy suite, and 12 multipurpose operating rooms. The unit is staffed by a robust team of approximately 60 FTEs, including OR RNs, CSTs, PCTs, Anesthesia Technicians, Service Line Lead RNs, and Clinical Charge RNs. The facility utilizes modern technology including Stryker video systems and Meditech EMR to support high-quality patient care.
