Job Details:

* Work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
* Ready for huddle at 6:45 AM
* Patient ratio of 1:1-2 in a 17-bed inpatient unit with 2 triage beds
* Float to Mother/Baby and Postpartum units as needed
* Hospital-provided scrubs required - wear personal clothing to hospital and change on arrival and departure
* Document using Meditech and Centricity systems
* Operate Monica Novii, Ambulatory Telemetry Monitors, and GE EFM equipment
* Perform IV insertion, lab draws, and blood administration
* Administer nitrous oxide and assist with epidural placement
* Conduct vaginal exams and set up delivery tables for vaginal deliveries
* Provide PACU recovery experience for spinal anesthesia
* Perform antepartum triage and manage common obstetrical complications
* Assist with procedures including ECV, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and vacuum or forceps as needed
* Knowledge of JADA and BAKRI required
* Knowledge of common OB medications and strip interpretation required
* Circulator experience in C-sections required
* Teamwork approach to patient care following AIDET standards of courtesy and respect
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM, NRP
* Active RN licensure required
* Block scheduling available
