Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* 48 hours guaranteed
* Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed
* Floating required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Treat adult patients ages 18 and older in a 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds
* Common diagnoses include neurological conditions, cardiac, trauma, respiratory, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative care
* Experience with specialty equipment including temporary pacer, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo required
* Ventilator experience required - chronic vents for patients unable to wean with respiratory therapy available to assist
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of IMCU/PCU experience with documented travel experience
* Stroke experience required
* EMR experience with EPIC required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Active New York RN license required with NURSYS verification
* No holiday RTO - requests will be declined
