CT Technologist

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3x12-hour shifts per week
* Must have EPIC experience
* Manager will discuss specific workdays upon submission
* Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
* Perform a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric
* Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
* Use PACS and teleradiology system to correctly transfer images to appropriate locations
* Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information
* Ensure integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
* Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Required certifications: ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT), AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS
* Fluoroscopy license preferred in state of employment
* Venipuncture certification preferred
