Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* On-call one night per week and every 5th weekend
* Weekend on-call limited to every 5th weekend only
* EMR system: Epic experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
* Iowa state license required
* Illinois license required - apply at time of offer
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience required
* At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
* Must reside at least 50 miles from facility based on driver's license
* Driver's license required
* Work history/resume required
* Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
* License verification required
* Copy of required certifications required
* 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
* Must not have been an employee of the facility within the last 12 months
