Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday with holiday rotation
* Weekend rotation may be required
* May be required to float or be permanently switched to ART, Main, or West Campus to meet facility needs
* Floating to sister facilities is required
* Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Travel experience required
* Experience in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap required
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM)
* BLS not required
* Skilled in: sterilization wrapping procedures, high-level disinfection, immediate-use steam sterilization, scope/probe reprocessing, sets/tray assembly, biological and chemical indicators, equipment documentation, and use of washers/sterilizers
* Experience with a broad range of specialty areas including cardiac, orthopedics, robotics, neurology, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, laparoscopic, transplant, and more
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
