CT Technologist

Job Details:

* 4x9 hour shifts, mid shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
* Thursday through Sunday schedule
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* Call required: 2 shifts per month if needed
* 40 orientation hours required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and ARRT CT
* Experience required with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations; neonatal and infant experience preferred
* Outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and ICU experience required; NICU and PICU experience preferred
* PACS and contrast experience required; biopsy and IV start experience preferred
* Epic EMR experience required
* Required skills include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, pelvis without and/or with contrast, musculoskeletal trauma, vascular CTA, preparation and administration of contrast media, emergency department, adult acute care, adult outpatient, and pediatric acute care
* Preferred skills include: biopsies, aspirations, drainage, myelography, CT arthrography, brain perfusion, colonography, starting peripheral IVs, Siemens equipment, GE equipment, Level I trauma, transplant studies, calcium scoring/cardiac CT, and cervical, lumbar, and thoracic imaging
* May be floated to any campus location as needed
* No local candidates within a 50-mile radius; active license must be in hand at submission
* No pre-approved time off available

This facility is a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and large cardiac center offering a wide range of specialized services. The organization supports a diverse patient population across multiple care settings including inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and intensive care units. The facility utilizes Epic EMR and maintains high standards for clinical excellence across all departments.
