RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* 19-bed Emergency Department unit
* Patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1
* Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 Tech
* Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 Tech
* Rotate weekends required, no on-call responsibilities
* No floating required
* Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
* Typical procedures include tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care
* Equipment used: Philips
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs

This facility is a full-service acute care hospital offering comprehensive emergency services within a 19-bed emergency department. The facility provides advanced care including STEMI services, stroke treatment, and orthopedic care, supported by a dedicated team of charge nurses, triage nurses, bedside RNs, and support staff across both day and night shifts.
