Open Position: Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Opportunity:

MULTISPECIALTY - US Tech/Echo Tech

Job Details:

* Multispecialty position requiring general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill experience
* On-call required: 5:00 PM 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
* Must be flexible with on-call expectations this is a hard stop requirement
* Weekend on-call coverage required
* Patient ratio of 8:1
* Will assist with precepting clinicians
* Patients served include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Required certifications: BLS, and one of the following ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the submittal process
* Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for RNs; any color for RRTs; OR attire is provided, wear street clothes to facility
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Facility:

This is a short-term acute care facility with 49 staffed beds and a Level IV Trauma Center designation. The facility offers interdisciplinary support through its radiology department and serves a broad patient population spanning all age groups. The organization maintains high standards for staffing and patient care, supported by a robust scheduling structure and specialty imaging services.
