Opportunity:

SEASONAL - TRAVEL - RN - OR

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Unit operates in the main OR with 23 operating rooms
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* EMR system used is Meditech
* Perform elective surgical cases including Ortho, Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
* No trauma cases performed on this unit
* On-call requirements include 1-2 weekends of second call and/or 1-2 twelve-hour shifts of first call during the contract (second call weekend consists of being the second call team Friday 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care OR RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Level 4 Trauma experience preferred
* Ortho/Spine experience preferred
* Must be flexible and able to work well in a team environment

This healthcare facility features a large main operating room unit with 23 ORs and a staff of approximately 70 team members. The facility specializes in elective surgical procedures across multiple disciplines and maintains a strong team-oriented culture. The unit utilizes modern technology including the Meditech EMR system and is committed to providing high-quality surgical care in a collaborative environment.
