Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Special CT Upgrade Project

Job Details:

* 12-hour weekend night shifts with 36 hours guaranteed per week
* ARRT(R) certification and CT experience required
* Nebraska license required prior to start date
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in X-Ray and CT required
* Experience with Meditech Expanse computer charting preferred
* Work with Siemens equipment including a 40-slice CT with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector
* Provide X-Ray services to Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Department patients across 2 rooms, including portable
* CT caseload averages approximately 150 scans per month
* MRI services also utilize a Bayer/MedRad injector with approximately 80 scans per month
* Majority of caseload is Outpatient and Orthopedic
* Will be taking rotating call for both X-Ray and CT areas, typically one weekend per month
* Call schedule includes Friday night, a 24-hour shift on Saturday, and back-up call on Sunday
* BLS certification required, issued through the American Heart Association
* Must have own reliable transportation as Uber and Lyft services are not available in the area

This facility is equipped with top-notch Siemens imaging equipment purchased in 2016, ensuring high-quality diagnostic capabilities. The department utilizes Meditech Expanse for charting and supports a diverse patient population across Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Department settings. The imaging department handles a well-rounded caseload with a strong focus on Outpatient and Orthopedic cases, supported by modern CT and MRI technology.
