Opportunity:

RN - OR (Pediatric)

Job Details:

* Variable day shifts beginning at either 6:45 AM or 8:45 AM
* Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
* Number of weekend shifts per contract: 1 to 6
* Variable shifts within a week based on department need, with rotation by week when possible
* Ability and requirement to float to other UCSF campuses within a 75+ mile radius
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, PALS
* Preferred certifications: CNOR
* Required experience: Pediatric General OR
* Preferred experience: Ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, Pediatric CVOR, Trauma
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* BSN required
* California nursing license in hand required
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Services supported include Neurology, Ortho/Spine, Otolaryngology, Urology, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Dental, Cardiac, General Surgery, GI, and Hem/Onc
* 2 references from most recent employer required at time of submittal
* All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal and approved by manager at time of offer
