Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Shift times subject to change during interview process
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers are not accepted
* On-call required (some)
* Weekend rotation required - 1 weekend shift (Friday through Sunday) every 4-week schedule with a total of 6 to 8 days per 4-week schedule period
* Block scheduling is not available
* Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
* All requested time off must be included at time of submission
* Driver's license must be included with submission
* If assignment includes end-of-year holidays and all three major holidays fall within the assignment, must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays
* If only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1 of the 2 holidays
