Job Details:

* Variable days position with 12-hour shifts
* Can expect to perform 30-40+ scans per 12-hour shift
* Self-schedule based on seniority
* May be asked to pick up voluntary shifts outside of contracted times including nights and graves
* Must be open to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
* Very high volume, fast-paced environment
* May be asked to perform own patient transport based on staffing needs
* Must be able to work independently and efficiently
* Community hospital experience required
* Works with GE and Toshiba equipment (1 64-slice Toshiba Aquilion scanner and 1 64-slice GE Lightspeed)
* Primarily serves ED patients with some outpatient volume; high volume primary stroke receiving center
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Charting system: Epic
* Free parking available
* No on-call required
* No floating between units
* Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, CT
* Required skills include: CT abdomen/chest/pelvis with and without contrast, vascular CTA, musculoskeletal trauma, radiation safety, isolation precautions/PPE, PACS, and preparation/administration of contrast media

This acute care hospital operates with 212 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services across a wide range of specialties. The facility maintains a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a busy CT department that primarily serves emergency department patients while also accommodating outpatient needs. As a high volume primary stroke receiving center, the facility is equipped with advanced imaging technology to support critical and time-sensitive patient care.
