Job Details:

* Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience required
* Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program required
* BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
* High school diploma or GED required
* Venipuncture experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* No weekend shifts required
* Floating required to other Oncology clinics
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Required skills include: administering medication, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG, venipuncture, labeling of specimens, pulse oximetry, blood glucose via glucometer, immunizations, intramuscular and intradermal injections, urine dipstick/urinalysis, wound care, dressing change, suture removal, record history/medications/allergies, follow-up phone calls, and pharmacy calls/patient refill requests
