Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted provided required experience is met
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* May float to sister facility as needed (approximately 11.7 miles away)
* Scrub color requirement: Grey or Steel
* TrueBeam experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT (T), BLS (AHA)
* Required skills include: Adult Outpatient, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Radiation Safety, Varis-Vision/ARIA, and experience with busy workflow
* Additional skills: Simulation of Treatment Sites, CT Simulation, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Pancreatic Cancer, Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Kidney Cancer, and Isolation Precautions/PPE
* Patient population: Adults
* Daily census of 145 patients

This outpatient radiation oncology center provides advanced cancer treatment services utilizing state-of-the-art technology including TrueBeam linear accelerator systems. The facility offers a comprehensive range of radiation therapy services to adult patients, supporting a high-volume daily census. The center is part of a larger healthcare network with access to additional sister facilities to support patient care needs across the region.
