Open Position: RN - Hematology Oncology Outpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2723.20

Opportunity:

RN- Fulltime M-F

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday with hours ranging from as early as 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM to as late as 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* Minimum 1 year oncology experience required
* Must have bio/chemo or fundamentals course from ONS (2-year certification to administer chemotherapy) or able to complete within 2 weeks of hire
* Provide professional nursing care following established standards and healthcare techniques
* Make professional judgments pertaining to patient care
* Assist providers in patient care and education
* Participate as healthcare team member to engage patients, families, and caregivers in care coordination
* Knowledge of nursing principles, examination and diagnostic procedures, medication effects, and patient education required
* Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines needed
* Must react calmly during emergency situations and make quick decisions
* Administer variety of medications and treatments using various examination equipment
* Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required
* American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Graduate of accredited nursing school required
