Open Position: RN - Infection Control

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3495.20

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts with some flexibility may be needed
* Billing period runs Monday through Sunday
* 13-week contract
* Guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed
* On-call every 3rd weekend
* Every 3rd weekend required due to on-call rotation and every other holiday
* Holiday rotation required
* Float responsibilities include back-up floor nursing coverage with possible float on the unit (no cross campus)
* Work on a 38-bed unit providing short-term and long-term care
* Patient ratios: Days 1:20, PM/Nights 1:38
* Primary case type: Long-Term Care (LTC)
* Required to assist on the floor as needed
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in LTC required; RN experience preferred
* Associates Degree in Nursing or higher required
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Desired skillset: hard worker, resilient, manages change well, able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Required certifications: Active MN RN License (temporary license not accepted), AHA BLS, and Infection Prevention Certification
* Dress code: Work-appropriate solid colors or prints
